The right grade for the job in hand

Three cement grades and ready-mix concrete. They are not tiers of quality — they are different materials, engineered for different exposure conditions.

Our Products

The right grade for the job in hand

We distribute OPC, PPC, PSC and ready-mix concrete from JK Lakshmi, Nuvoco, JK Cement and UltraTech — every bag factory-sealed and traceable to its manufacturing batch.

  • OPC

    Ordinary Portland Cement

High early strength for structural work

OPC is the workhorse of structural construction. It gains strength quickly, which shortens formwork cycles and keeps fast-moving projects on schedule. Available in 43 and 53 grade, it is the default choice wherever the design calls for high early compressive strength.

    Typical applications

    • RCC columns, beams and slabs
    • Precast and prestressed concrete elements
    • High-rise and commercial structures
    • Ready-mix concrete production
    • Repair work requiring rapid strength gain

    Specifications

    Standard
    IS 269
    Grades
    43 Grade, 53 Grade
    28-day compressive strength
    ≥ 43 / 53 MPa
    Initial setting time
    ≥ 30 minutes
    Packaging
50 kg bags · bulk tankers
  • PPC

    Portland Pozzolana Cement

Durable, workable, and kinder to the environment

PPC blends clinker with fly ash, producing a denser, less permeable concrete that resists chemical attack and gains strength steadily over time. It is more workable than OPC, generates less heat of hydration, and carries a materially lower carbon footprint per tonne.

    Typical applications

    • Residential and general-purpose construction
    • Plastering, masonry and finishing work
    • Mass concrete pours where heat build-up is a concern
    • Marine and coastal structures
    • Foundations and sub-structure work

    Specifications

    Standard
    IS 1489 (Part 1)
    Composition
    Clinker, fly ash, gypsum
    28-day compressive strength
    ≥ 33 MPa
    Key advantage
Low heat of hydration, high durability
    Packaging
50 kg bags · bulk tankers
  • PSC

    Portland Slag Cement

    Engineered for aggressive environments

PSC substitutes a portion of clinker with granulated blast-furnace slag. The result is exceptional resistance to sulphates and chlorides, making it the specified grade for structures exposed to seawater, effluent, or sulphate-bearing soils where ordinary cement would degrade.

    Typical applications

    • Marine and coastal infrastructure
    • Sewerage, effluent and water-retaining structures
    • Dams, canals and irrigation works
    • Foundations in sulphate-bearing soil
    • Industrial flooring and chemical plants

    Specifications

    Standard
    IS 455
    Composition
    Clinker, granulated blast-furnace slag, gypsum
    28-day compressive strength
    ≥ 33 MPa
    Key advantage
    Sulphate & chloride resistance

50 kg bags · bulk tankers
  • RMC

    Ready-Mix Concrete

Batched to specification, delivered to site

Concrete batched under plant-controlled conditions and delivered in transit mixers, ready to place. RMC removes on-site mixing variability, cuts material wastage and labour, and gives the engineer a documented, repeatable mix design for every pour.

    Typical applications

    • Large-volume slab and raft pours
    • Infrastructure — highways, bridges, flyovers
    • High-rise construction with pumped placement
    • Projects with strict mix-design compliance
    • Sites with no space for on-site batching

    Specifications

    Standard
    IS 4926 · IS 456 mix design
    Typical grades
    M10 – M50 and above on request
    Delivery
    Transit mixer, direct to site
    Key advantage
    Consistent, documented mix quality
    Lead time
    Scheduled against the pour plan

Quality Assurance

Genuine cement, traceable to the batch it came from

We do not manufacture cement — we move the manufacturer’s product to the buyer with its quality guarantee unbroken. Every bag arrives factory-sealed, and every consignment can be traced back to the plant and the week it was produced.

All grades conform to the governing Bureau of Indian Standards specification — IS 269 for OPC, IS 1489 for PPC and IS 455 for PSC. Test certificates are available on request.

  • Sealed, Manufacturer-Sourced Stock

    01

Cement is drawn directly from manufacturer plants and depots. Bags reach the buyer factory-sealed, eliminating the adulteration and repacking risk of the grey market.

  • Batch Traceability

    02

Every consignment carries its manufacturing batch and date, so a buyer can trace a bag on site back to the plant and week it came from.

  • BIS-Certified Grades

    03

All grades conform to the relevant Bureau of Indian Standards specification — IS 269 for OPC, IS 1489 for PPC and IS 455 for PSC.

Applications

Where our cement ends up

Residential slabs, highway pavements, marine structures and turbine foundations — each calls for a different grade, and choosing well is the difference between forty years of service life and eighty.

  • Completed contemporary residential home lit at dusk

    Residential Construction

From a single-storey home to a multi-tower housing society: foundations, columns, slabs, masonry and plaster. PPC for general work and finishing, OPC where the structural design demands early strength.

  • Glass and steel commercial towers viewed from street level

    Commercial & High-Rise Buildings

Office towers, malls and mixed-use developments where pumped concrete, tight formwork cycles and 53-grade OPC keep a fast construction programme on schedule.

  • Excavators cutting a foundation into a hillside at an earthworks site

    Roads & Highways

Rigid pavement, kerbing and shoulder work for national and state highways — high-volume supply coordinated against a moving paving front.

  • Cluster of high-rise towers under construction with tower cranes at each core

    Bridges & Flyovers

Piers, pile caps, girders and decks. Precast and cast-in-situ elements demanding documented mix designs and consistent grade compliance pour after pour.
