Who We Are

Pioneered in trade and in the institutional segment

Tulshi Cement Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated on 8 October 2025. From the outset the business has pioneered in trade as well as in non-trade — the institutional segment — achieving fast-growing volumes in both.

The company is taking a considered initiative in expanding the business toward diversification into different horizontal segments of the cement industry, across B2C, B2B and institutional sales.

Tulshi Cement has assumed multiple roles in the cement trade as the market demands — working with manufacturers, dealers, wholesalers, retailers and end customers. Our sister concern is Tulsi Enterprises.

What holds all of that together is not scale. It is the set of manufacturer relationships and channel access built over twenty-seven years by the people who run the company — and the discipline to keep the paperwork, the storage and the delivery schedule as reliable as the product itself.

How the company came to be

  1. 1998 – 2024

    Twenty-seven years in the cement industry

    Our founding leadership built its career across seven of India's cement majors, progressing from marketing officer to zonal head and senior general manager — accumulating the channel relationships and institutional access the company runs on today.

  2. August 2024

    Tulsi Enterprises established

    Sister concern

    Independent trading operations begin, establishing the dealer relationships and logistics footprint across western Uttar Pradesh that would underpin the incorporated business.

  3. 8 October 2025

    Tulshi Cement Private Limited incorporated

    Noida, Uttar Pradesh

    The business is formally incorporated as a private limited company, consolidating trade and non-trade operations under a single corporate structure.

  4. 2025 – Present

    Multi-role expansion across the cement trade

    Appointed sales promoter, carrying & forwarding agent and third-party commission agent — serving trade, non-trade and institutional segments simultaneously across four districts.

Chief Executive Officer & Director

A senior sales and marketing leader with over 27 years of experience in the Indian cement and building materials industry. His career spans seven of the country's major cement companies, progressing from Marketing Officer to Zonal Head and Senior General Manager, with deep expertise in sales leadership, business development, channel management, institutional sales, and regional operations. He holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, which has provided a strong foundation for his strategic approach to sales, marketing, and business growth.
