Where our cement ends up

Each application places a different demand on the material. Matching the grade to the exposure condition is the difference between forty years of service life and eighty.

Applications

Where our cement ends up

Residential slabs, highway pavements, marine structures and turbine foundations — each calls for a different grade, and choosing well is the difference between forty years of service life and eighty.

  • Completed contemporary residential home lit at dusk

    Residential Construction

From a single-storey home to a multi-tower housing society: foundations, columns, slabs, masonry and plaster. PPC for general work and finishing, OPC where the structural design demands early strength.

  • Glass and steel commercial towers viewed from street level

    Commercial & High-Rise Buildings

Office towers, malls and mixed-use developments where pumped concrete, tight formwork cycles and 53-grade OPC keep a fast construction programme on schedule.

  • Excavators cutting a foundation into a hillside at an earthworks site

    Roads & Highways

Rigid pavement, kerbing and shoulder work for national and state highways — high-volume supply coordinated against a moving paving front.

  • Cluster of high-rise towers under construction with tower cranes at each core

    Bridges & Flyovers

Piers, pile caps, girders and decks. Precast and cast-in-situ elements demanding documented mix designs and consistent grade compliance pour after pour.

  • Reinforced cement concrete frame of a mid-rise building with formwork still in place

    Industrial Plants & Warehousing

Machine foundations, industrial flooring and warehouse slabs, including chemically aggressive environments where PSC's sulphate resistance is specified.

  • Workers laying out a dense grid of reinforcement bars before a concrete pour

    Water & Effluent Structures

Reservoirs, canals, sewage treatment works and irrigation channels — applications where permeability and chloride ingress determine service life.

  • Site engineers walking a newly cast concrete slab beside exposed reinforcement

    Ready-Mix Concrete Supply

Bulk cement into RMC batching plants, plus technical liaison on grade selection so the plant's mix designs hold within specification.

  • Wind turbines on concrete foundations across an open ridge

    Renewable & Energy Infrastructure

Turbine foundations, substation bases and transmission works, where mass concrete pours call for low heat of hydration and long-term durability.

Our Products

The right grade for the job in hand

We distribute OPC, PPC, PSC and ready-mix concrete from JK Lakshmi, Nuvoco, JK Cement and UltraTech — every bag factory-sealed and traceable to its manufacturing batch.

  • OPC

    Ordinary Portland Cement

High early strength for structural work

OPC is the workhorse of structural construction. It gains strength quickly, which shortens formwork cycles and keeps fast-moving projects on schedule. Available in 43 and 53 grade, it is the default choice wherever the design calls for high early compressive strength.

  • PPC

    Portland Pozzolana Cement

Durable, workable, and kinder to the environment

PPC blends clinker with fly ash, producing a denser, less permeable concrete that resists chemical attack and gains strength steadily over time. It is more workable than OPC, generates less heat of hydration, and carries a materially lower carbon footprint per tonne.

  • PSC

    Portland Slag Cement

    Engineered for aggressive environments

PSC substitutes a portion of clinker with granulated blast-furnace slag. The result is exceptional resistance to sulphates and chlorides, making it the specified grade for structures exposed to seawater, effluent, or sulphate-bearing soils where ordinary cement would degrade.

  • RMC

    Ready-Mix Concrete

Batched to specification, delivered to site

Concrete batched under plant-controlled conditions and delivered in transit mixers, ready to place. RMC removes on-site mixing variability, cuts material wastage and labour, and gives the engineer a documented, repeatable mix design for every pour.
